ALH Hospitality Develops a New Radisson Hotel in Casablanca
ALH Hospitality and Radisson Hotel Group have signed an agreement to develop a new Radisson RED hotel in Casablanca, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028.
The future hotel, which will feature 70 rooms in the heart of Casablanca’s Anfa district, further strengthens “an already well-established partnership between the two groups”, just two years after the opening of Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle, according to a press release.
The project is based on a structured partnership model. ALH Hospitality will leverage its integrated expertise as a multi-brand hotel operator, covering the design, development, pre-opening preparations, marketing and hotel operations. Radisson, meanwhile, will contribute its brand recognition, international design standards and the strength of its distribution platforms.

“This new agreement marks an important milestone in our development strategy and reflects our commitment to continuing to contribute to the diversification of Casablanca’s hotel offering. We are pursuing high-value-added projects that meet market needs and align with international best practices,” said Hamza Laghrari, President of ALH Hospitality, in a press release.
Through this development, ALH Hospitality also reaffirms its ambition to support Casablanca’s evolution as a business and lifestyle destination. As the Kingdom’s economic capital, the city is experiencing new demand for urban hospitality, with growing expectations for establishments that combine comfort, design and social experiences.
For his part, Erwan Garnier, a representative of the international hotel group, stated that “Morocco is our priority market in Africa, with the ambition of reaching 30 hotels by 2030,” noting that “Casablanca plays a central role in this strategy.” This target date coincides with the FIFA World Cup, which Morocco will co-host with Spain and Portugal.

ALH Hospitality continues to build a diversified hotel portfolio, selecting a brand for each project that aligns with its positioning, target market and destination. This approach allows each property to be tailored to the specific characteristics of its market, while ensuring consistent operational quality and sustainable performance.
Founded in 2020, the hospitality subsidiary of ALH Holding currently operates Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle, a 133-room property, as well as Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only, with a capacity of 212 rooms.
By 2034, the company aims to reach a portfolio of 10 hotels, 1,500 rooms and 1,450 employees.
