ALH Hospitality adopts responsible practices in each of its establishments, through charters outlining water, energy, and waste sorting management.

The division also prioritizes professional training and knowledge transfer by welcoming young students from public hospitality schools into immersive business environments, a first in the field.

Our teams also participate in social actions with local associations in a spirit of proximity and mutual aid. Lastly, ALH Hospitality champions Moroccan expertise by integrating local brands, artisans, and cooperatives, notably through guest amenities and spa treatment that promotes the richness of "Made in Morocco" within our establishments.

AH Africa obtained EDGE certification for the Résidence Képar projectin Dakar, Senegal. This rare distinction in the region attests to a measurable optimization of water and energy consumption. The project also integrates 8,500 m² of landscaped green space, including playgrounds and jogging circuits, enhancing residents' quality of life while preserving a more sustainable urban environment.

ALH Agriculture adopts a reasoned irrigation approach, notably through localized irrigation and the use of sensors to optimize resource usage, as well as practices that contribute to soil preservation and regeneration, while respecting natural resources and agricultural cycles.

The division also places the health, well-being and support of its farmers at the heart of its operations, through awareness-raising and prevention initiatives, acknowledging the nobility of a profession essential to local territories.

As part of our sustainability strategy, all our projects systematically integrate renewable energy solutions including solar installations, to power our electrical equipment with green energy.

Atlantic Education contributes to the transmission of civic values among its students through educational, sporting, and solidarity initiatives organized in partnership with local schools and associations. Whether through charity drives, donations, or collaborative projects with the Bab Rayane Association, these actions encourage a spirit of sharing, responsibility, and social cohesion.
