Leveraging the Group's strategic land bank, internal synergies and its natural complementarity with ALH Real Estate, ALH Hospitality has established itself as a rapidly growing player in the Moroccan hospitality landscape.

By 2030, the Group plans to open ten establishments across the Kingdom's main tourist and business hubs: Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, and Rabat. This development plan follows a controlled growth strategy, based on a rigorous selection of prime locations and partner brands.

This momentum occurs at a particularly favorable time, driven by Morocco’s hosting of the 2030 FIFA World Cup, which will generate a lasting acceleration in tourist flows and an increased demand for diversified, high-quality accommodation infrastructure that meets international standards.

Through this expansion, ALH Hospitality intends to actively contribute to the reinforcement of Morocco’s national hospitality offering and consolidating the country’s position as a premier global tourist destination.
