AH Africa is the ALH Holding Group subsidiary dedicated to expanding our operations in West Africa.
Created in 2021, AH Africa relies on a local team based in Dakar and Abidjan that works in synergy with local authorities to initially develop integrated residential projects designed to support the urban development of the region.

Kepar Residence – Senegal
In Senegal, AH Africa is building the Képar Résidence in Dakar.
This complex of nearly 900 apartments and more than 70 retail units is organized around a central park of 8,500 m².
Kepar Residence is certified EDGE, and the same process has been initiated for the division's other projects.
Villas Salam - Senegal
Located nearby, Villas Salam features over fifty contemporary villas. The residence stands out for its refined architecture and special attention to living comfort, providing a private garden and a rooftop for each villa.
Bô Résidence - Côte d’ivoire
In Côte d'Ivoire, AH Africa is developing two projects in Abidjan.
The first one, Bô Résidence, is a residential complex featuring 800 apartments and over 50 retail units, combining modern architecture with environmental integration, near Abidjan, the Ivorian economic capital. The project stands in a rapidly expanding area, within only a few hundred meters of the ocean.
Résidence Yêré - Côte d’ivoire
The second project, Résidence Yêré, includes 1,500 apartments and 90 retail units, representing a large-scale development for the area. It benefits from a strategic location, within only 30 minutes from Abidjan, combining residential appeal, rental potential, and quality of life.
