Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- At least one year of experience in a financial or accounting role. Experience within a banking institution, credit agency, or microfinance organization is considered a significant asset.
- Solid understanding of the banking system and payment methods.
- Excellent digital proficiency and ability to analyze numerical data.
- Mastery of bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in financial flow analysis.
- Analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills.
- Absolute sense of confidentiality.
- Effective inter-departmental communication skills.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
Main Missions:
- Identify, validate, and record customer payments in GECIMMO (wire transfers, checks, electronic payments, etc.).
- Match and reconcile cash receipts against bank statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
- Monitor disbursements (suppliers, expenses, and other payments).
- Verify effective payment debits with partner banks.
- Ensure compliance of supporting documentation used for payment execution.
- Manage anomalies and ensure the regularization of identified gaps.
- Update cash flow tracking tables and produce regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to monitor financial flows.
