Job Requirements:
- Civil Engineer or Architect by training.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with a real estate developer or an architectural firm.
- Good knowledge of material costs and construction costs.
- Mastery of construction regulations and urban planning code in Morocco.
Main Missions:
- Conduct project feasibility studies.
- Participate in project budget development and ensure updates throughout the study and construction phases.
- Manage and coordinate architectural studies for various projects.
- Follow up on permit applications with various stakeholders.
- Conduct market research on residential and hotel real estate (design, amenities, finishes, and budgets).
- Challenge concepts and plans, providing proposals for improvement.
- Draft technical and architectural specifications (Cahier des Charges) in compliance with established budgets.
- Develop a material database by segment (prices, supplier lists, technical data sheets, etc.).
- Support the technical and purchasing departments in sourcing various materials.
- Set up product monitoring and identify market innovations and new products.
