Junior Purchasing Coordinator M/F – Casablanca

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Logistics, International Trade, or Business Management.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (internships or first-job candidates accepted).
- Experience in construction, real estate, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Good command of Excel and office software (Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of the procurement process (RFQ, comparative analysis, purchase orders, payments).
- Comfortable with file follow-up and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset
Main missions:
- Collect and consolidate project requirements from technical and logistics teams.
- Launch Requests for Quotation (RFQs) according to the Purchasing Manager's directives.
- Track receipt of quotes and prepare comparison tables.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of orders, approvals, and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders and ensure follow-up on signatures.
- Update shipping and inventory tracking logs (liaising with freight forwarders and local teams).
- Ensure proper circulation of purchasing documents (quotes, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, technical data sheets, etc.).
- Support the Finance department in tracking supplier payments.
- Archive and organize all documents related to procurement and import operations.
- Maintain a purchasing and order tracking table for all projects.
- Prepare weekly reports for the Purchasing Manager.
- Support inter-departmental coordination (Technical, Finance, Logistics, Senior Management).
- Update the supplier database (contacts, products, commercial terms).
- Participate in supplier performance evaluation and monitoring.
