A graduate of EM Lyon Business School (MSc in Management), following two years of preparatory classes, Youssef Abitar has more than five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and external growth strategies, in both Morocco and France.

He began his career in investment banking and private equity at leading institutions in Morocco and France, where he worked on M&A, capital markets and investment transactions.

In 2021, he joined Arpilabe, a consolidation platform in the healthcare sector, where he rose to the position of M&A Manager. He led the full deal cycle, from origination to closing, and contributed to more than twenty acquisitions. He also helped structure several debt and equity financing transactions, managed a multidisciplinary team and industrialized the Group’s acquisition process.

Currently M&A and Corporate Development Manager at ALH Holding, he is responsible for the Group’s growth and development policy, supporting its various Business Units. He is also tasked with analyzing and executing new strategic opportunities to support the Group’s expansion in Morocco and internationally.
