Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the National School of Business and Management (ENCG) and trained in social auditing, Maryam Barnoussi brings over 13 years of experience in human capital management and organizational development.

Her career spans a range of sectors, from auditing and consulting to the aerospace industry and education, enabling her to develop strong expertise in human resources, organizational transformation, and talent development.

She joined ALH Holding in 2022 as Human Capital Manager, before progressing to Director of Human Capital & General Services and subsequently Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Today, she leads the Group’s human capital strategy, the structuring and harmonization of HR practices, and the development of talent, employee experience, and corporate culture across Morocco and West Africa. She notably led the initiative that resulted in ALH Holding obtaining the Best Place to Work certification in 2024.
