Saad Bennani holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, specializing in Finance, as well as a postgraduate diploma in International Finance from Paris Dauphine University. He has solid experience and expertise in the banking sector, having notably supported the merger of two renowned banks, contributed to the creation of a new banking entity, and led the transformations of the African subsidiaries of a European banking group.

He also served as a strategic consultant with private, public and international organizations, working on high-impact projects, notably the deployment of compulsory health insurance. He has led several companies with a strong African identity.

In 2021, he joined ALH Holding to drive the Group's activities in Sub-Saharan Africa, a role based in Abidjan. Under his leadership, 3,500 housing units are under construction in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, while new sectoral and geographical expansions are slated for West Africa in the coming months.
