Mohamed Laghrari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from IFM University in Geneva. He began his career at a Swiss bank, where he joined the alternative investments department as a hedge fund analyst.

He then joined ALH Holding, where he took the lead of the real estate division. Under his leadership, this activity evolved into a multi-segment business structured around three dedicated brands, leading to the completion of various large-scale projects across Morocco

In 2021, he drove the international strategy of the real estate division through the creation of the subsidiary AH Africa, which currently operates in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.

Appointed President and CEO of the Group in 2022, Mohamed Laghrari's mission is to accelerate the growth of the different business lines and further pursue the development of the Group's international activities.
