A Graduate of EM Lyon Business School (MSC in Management – Corporate Finance), Loubaba Tahiri possesses solid expertise in financial and strategic investment management. She began her career in investment banking at Attijari Finances Corp, where she advised major institutions in M&A transactions, Initial Public Offerings, and complex restructurings, notably in the energy and mining industries.

She then joined OCP Group as Investment and Portfolio Manager, where she was responsible for the financial, legal, and fiscal monitoring of strategic subsidiaries as well as major investment projects.

In 2021, she joined ALH Holding as Chief Financial Officer and Support. Since then, she has contributed to the structuring of major investments in Morocco and Africa, the modernization of reporting tools, and the implementation of consolidated accounting, while supervising HR and IT functions to support the Group's growth ambitions.
