A graduate in Business Administration from the Geneva Institute of Finance and Management, Hamza Laghrari began his career in investment banking before joining ALH Holding, where he oversees the Group's financial investments and strategy. In

2008, he co-founded Miftah Immobilier with his brother, Mohamed Laghrari. Dedicated to affordable and social housing, the brand laid the foundation for the development of the ALH Real Estate division, which he structured around Miftah Immobilier, Alma Immobilier, and Héritage Immobilier. 

In 2020, he led the diversification of the Group with the creation of ALH Hospitality and Atlantic Education divisions, which he chairs.
