A graduate of École Centrale Paris, where he obtained a Master's degree in Energy and Corporate Finance, Hamza El Abboubi has extensive international experience in corporate finance, strategy, and development. 
He began his career in investment banking, leading numerous mergers and acquisitions operations, financing, and fundraising across high-growth sectors, notably healthcare, technology, real estate, and energy.

He then joined an international healthcare group, where he drove strategy and international investments, leading both organic and external growth projects and overseeing expansion operations across various markets.

In 2025, he joined ALH Holding as Director of Development and Strategy, where he oversees the Group's strategic investments and supports its expansion across its core business lines.
