Ghali Laghrari

Deputy Managing Director

Ghali Laghrari pursued his higher education in the United States, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston. He also holds a Master of Science in Management from Cass Business School in London (now Bayes Business School), providing him with a dual technical and managerial background.

In 2015, upon returning to Morocco, he joined ALH Holding as a Business Development Manager, with the mission of identifying new growth opportunities within the agricultural division. He subsequently assumed its leadership and now serves as Managing Director of ALH Agriculture, overseeing more than 1,300 hectares of farmland and a team of over 800 employees.

Under his leadership, the division’s development strategy has been redefined to include progressive crop diversification. Historically focused on citrus and stone fruits, the business now includes higher value-added products, including raspberries, blueberries, almonds, and pistachios.
