El Mehdi Rahouti holds a Master's degree in IT engineering from Télécom ParisTech and an engineering degree in telecommunications from ESIEE Paris. 
He has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, corporate transformation, and real estate across France and Morocco. He has led several corporate restructuring missions and overseen the deployment of various development strategies within diverse groups.

He previously headed the strategy and operational excellence management department at an investment holding company active in several sectors (real estate, automotive, agriculture).

In 2020, he joined ALH Holding as Managing Director in charge of Morocco real estate activities. He leads three commercial brands present in nine cities and spearheads the launch of several large-scale projects, actively contributing to the development and growth of the Group’s real estate portfolio.
