Aboubakr Lahlou is a finance graduate from the University of Virginia (Class of 2007) with over 17 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector, covering investment, development, and hotel asset management.

Throughout his career, he has held key investment roles within a specialized hospitality fund where he also served on the Executive Board and acted as Managing Director for Morocco within a major international tourism group.

As Managing Director of ALH Hospitality, he is responsible for structuring and developing the Group's hospitality division, with the ambition of establishing it as a leading multi-brand operator in Morocco.

In this regard, he oversees the development, investment, and operations of the Group's hotel portfolio, forging partnerships with premier international brands. His approach combines deep operational expertise with a solid local presence and a vision focused on sustainable value creation.
